Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) Notice

 

If you believe that any content on EIS Techinfra Solutions infringes upon your copyright, please notify us by submitting a DMCA notice. We take intellectual property rights seriously and will respond to valid notices promptly.

To submit a DMCA notice, please provide the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit EIS Techinfra Solutions to locate the material. Please provide URLs or other relevant information to help us locate the content.
  3. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Please note that under the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will take appropriate actions, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content. We will also provide notice to the alleged infringer, who may then respond with a counter-notification. If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content within 10 to 14 business days unless our designated agent receives notice that legal action has been filed against the alleged infringer.
